Andrew is one for me the very first person from a different race other than mine that I make bold to say was completely open minded and tolerant of a culture different from his. From the beginning of my getting to know him till date, I have seen firsthand how he is able to relate with others irrespective of race, gender, religion, age and other identities in reasonable way while keeping a positive attitude towards them. I personally believe that having him as a member of any organization or group is going to be a huge positive addition and advantage to that team.
